Responsibilities
- Safely walk multiple dogs simultaneously in St. Louis neighborhoods
- Provide real-time photo/video updates to pet owners via our mobile app
- Administer basic pet care (hydration, waste cleanup, leash handling)
- Maintain detailed activity logs for each dog's well-being
- Adapt walks to individual dog needs (temperament, energy levels, health)
- Communicate effectively with clients about pet behavior and needs
- Adhere to strict safety protocols during all outings
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog walking/pet handling experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong understanding of canine behavior and body language
- Ability to handle dogs up to 80 lbs in various weather conditions
- Exceptional time management and punctuality skills
- Current pet first/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
