Responsibilities
- Safely walk multiple dogs simultaneously using proper handling techniques
- Monitor pet health and behavior during walks
- Provide detailed post-walk reports to pet owners
- Maintain accurate scheduling and time records
- Administer basic pet care as needed (feeding, medication)
- Ensure all pets are securely leashed and controlled
- Communicate professionally with pet owners
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog walking experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Current pet first aid/CPR certification
- Ability to walk dogs up to 60 lbs (larger dogs with experience)
- Excellent time management and punctuality
- Strong communication skills
- Background check required
- Must love all dog breeds and sizes
