- Safely walk multiple dogs simultaneously using professional handling techniques
- Monitor pet health and behavior during walks, reporting any concerns
- Administer medication as prescribed by pet owners
- Provide real-time photo/video updates via mobile app
- Maintain detailed digital walk logs and client communication
- Adhere to strict safety protocols for all pets and environments
- Build trust-based relationships with pet owners through exceptional service
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog walking/pet care experience
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification for pets
- Reliable transportation and smartphone with data plan
- Strong digital communication skills for remote coordination
- Ability to handle dogs up to 80 lbs comfortably
- Thorough knowledge of canine behavior and body language
- Background check and clean driving record required
- Flexibility for early morning/evening shifts
