Responsibilities
- Safely walk multiple dogs simultaneously (1-4 dogs per group)
- Provide real-time GPS tracking and photo/video updates to clients
- Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene standards during walks
- Administer basic pet care (water, treats, waste cleanup)
- Build strong client relationships through exceptional communication
- Adhere to all local leash laws and safety protocols
- Document walk details in our proprietary pet care app
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog walking or pet care experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong understanding of dog behavior and handling techniques
- Excellent time management and punctuality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina for extended outdoor activity in Arizona climate
- Passion for animal welfare and customer service excellence
