Responsibilities
- Safely walk dogs in groups or individually while maintaining control and positive experiences
- Monitor pet health, behavior, and environmental conditions during outings
- Implement training techniques learned during program to reinforce good behavior
- Provide detailed updates and photos to pet owners via our mobile app
- Maintain accurate records of walks, incidents, and pet preferences
- Adhere to all city leash laws and safety regulations
- Build strong relationships with clients and their beloved pets
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
- Passion for animals and basic dog handling knowledge
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Physically able to walk 2-4 hours at a time
- Available for weekday mornings or afternoons
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Willing to complete paid training program (2 weeks)
- Basic smartphone proficiency for reporting apps
