Responsibilities
- Safely walk multiple dogs simultaneously (1-4 per group)
- Provide real-time photo/video updates to pet parents
- Maintain detailed pet care logs and incident reports
- Administer basic care (water, treats, waste cleanup)
- Adapt walks to individual dog needs (energy levels, temperament)
- Build trust-based relationships with clients and their pets
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and leash laws
Qualifications
- Genuine passion for dogs and animal welfare
- Reliable transportation and smartphone with data
- Physical ability to walk 2-4 hours daily in varying weather
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and observational abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Availability for morning/evening shifts (6-9 AM, 4-7 PM)
- No experience required – full training provided!
