Responsibilities
- Safely walk dogs in designated Indianapolis neighborhoods
- Provide feeding, hydration, and waste cleanup services
- Monitor pets' behavior and health during walks
- Administer basic care (medication if certified)
- Update owners via real-time photo/video updates
- Maintain detailed care logs and client communication
- Adhere to all safety protocols and route schedules
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog handling experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Current pet first aid/CPR certification
- Strong physical fitness and weather resilience
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Ability to handle multiple dogs simultaneously
- Passion for animal welfare and client service
- Must pass background check and drug screening
