Responsibilities
- Safely walk and exercise dogs of all sizes and breeds in various weather conditions
- Administer medications and follow specific care instructions as directed by pet owners
- Provide companionship, playtime, and positive reinforcement during walks
- Maintain detailed daily logs of pet behavior, feeding, and bathroom habits
- Uphold strict safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Communicate professionally with pet owners via our mobile app
- Transport pets to/from vet appointments or dog park outings as needed
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable insured vehicle
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and walk 5+ miles daily
- Excellent time management and punctuality skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Passion for animal welfare and patience with diverse temperaments
- Background check and drug screening required
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
