Responsibilities
- Safely walk dogs in designated Fort Worth neighborhoods while adhering to leash protocols
- Provide real-time photo/video updates to pet owners via our mobile app
- Administer basic care (feeding, medication) as specified in client instructions
- Maintain detailed activity logs and health observations for each pet
- Coordinate with team members for seamless pet care handoffs
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and schedule changes
- Participate in monthly virtual team meetings for training and updates
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog walking or pet care experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Current pet first/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Excellent communication skills and tech-savvy (smartphone proficiency)
- Ability to walk 5+ miles daily in varying weather conditions
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Positive attitude and genuine love for animals
