Responsibilities
- Provide safe, attentive leash walks for 3-5 dogs simultaneously
- Monitor pet health and behavior during outings
- Administer basic care (water, waste cleanup) using company-provided supplies
- Maintain detailed activity logs for each client
- Adapt routes to weather conditions and pet preferences
- Communicate professionally with pet owners via app/phone
- Attend monthly training sessions on safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Minimum 1 year professional pet handling experience
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50lbs and walk 3+ hours daily
- Strong knowledge of canine behavior and body language
- Reliable transportation with climate control
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Availability mornings/weekends (15-25 hrs/week)
