Responsibilities
- Safely walk 2-4 dogs per group using company-provided equipment
- Monitor pet behavior and health during walks
- Provide detailed post-walk reports via our mobile app
- Administer basic care (water, treats as directed)
- Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Adapt routes based on weather and pet needs
- Build rapport with clients and their pets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog handling experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong knowledge of canine body language
- Red Cross Pet First Aid/CPR certification
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and walk 5+ miles
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Background check required
- Availability for early morning/afternoon shifts
