- Provide feeding, hydration, and waste cleanup services
- Administer basic medication under veterinary guidance
- Monitor pet health and behavior, reporting concerns promptly
- Maintain detailed client communication logs
- Transport pets to vet appointments and social events
- Adhere to strict safety protocols for all interactions
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Excellent time management and reliability
- Experience with large breeds or group handling preferred
- Basic pet first/CPR certification (training provided)
- Background check clearance required
