Responsibilities
- Safely walk multiple dogs simultaneously (max 4 per group)
- Provide personalized care based on individual pet needs
- Monitor pet health and behavior during walks
- Maintain detailed daily activity logs for clients
- Clean up after pets and maintain walking areas
- Communicate professionally with pet owners
- Adhere to safety protocols in all weather conditions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog walking experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- First Aid/CPR certification for pets (or willing to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of dog behavior and handling
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Physical stamina to walk 3-5 miles daily
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Background check required
