Responsibilities
- Safely walk dogs in various Charlotte neighborhoods while maintaining control and comfort
- Provide real-time photo/video updates to pet owners via our mobile app
- Administer basic care (feeding, medication) as per client instructions
- Maintain detailed logs of pet behavior, health, and activity
- Transport pets to/from vet appointments or grooming sessions
- Adhere to strict safety protocols for all animals and pedestrians
- Build positive relationships with clients and their pets
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to walk dogs up to 70 lbs for extended periods
- Strong communication skills for client interactions
- Comfortable handling multiple dogs simultaneously
- Availability between 7 AM - 7 PM (flexible scheduling)
- Basic smartphone proficiency for app usage
- Passion for animal welfare and physical fitness
- Background check required upon hiring
