Responsibilities
- Safely walk and supervise multiple dogs simultaneously (1-4 per group)
- Provide feeding, medication administration, and playtime as specified
- Maintain detailed digital logs of client activities and observations
- Transport pets to/from vet appointments and grooming sessions
- Uphold strict safety protocols during all interactions
- Build trust-based relationships with pet owners and their animals
- Respond professionally to client inquiries and requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog walking or pet care experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation (SUV/van preferred for group walks)
- Certification in Pet First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and time-management skills
- Ability to work in all weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.)
- Thorough knowledge of dog behavior and handling techniques
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
