Responsibilities
- Provide safe, engaging walks for 2-4 dogs simultaneously in designated Jacksonville areas
- Monitor dog behavior, health, and safety during all outings
- Administer basic care (hydration, waste cleanup) per owner instructions
- Utilize our app to share real-time updates and photos with pet parents
- Build trust through consistent, reliable service and clear communication
- Maintain professional conduct while representing Happy Paws brand
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to handle dogs of all sizes (up to 80 lbs)
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Passion for animal welfare and Jacksonville's pet community
- Background check and clean driving record required
