Responsibilities
- Safely walk and exercise 8-12 dogs daily across Nashville's scenic neighborhoods and parks
- Administer medications and provide specialized care as requested by pet owners
- Maintain detailed digital logs of pet behavior, health updates, and service delivery
- Transport pets to veterinary appointments and grooming facilities using company vehicles
- Implement positive reinforcement training techniques during all interactions
- Coordinate with pet owners via our app for scheduling and communication
- Ensure all pets remain secure and comfortable during all activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional dog walking or pet care experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification for pets
- Valid driver's license with clean record for company vehicle use
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of dog behavior and handling techniques
- Exceptional time management and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to Nashville starting point
