Responsibilities
- Safely walk dogs individually or in small groups (2-4 dogs) in designated neighborhoods
- Provide feeding, hydration, and waste cleanup during walks
- Monitor pets for health concerns and report abnormalities
- Maintain accurate client communication via our mobile app
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Build trust with pets through positive reinforcement techniques
- Manage scheduling and route optimization efficiently
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation and smartphone with data
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to work outdoors
- Basic knowledge of dog behavior and handling
- Strong attention to detail and punctuality
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Clean background check and professional references required
- Must pass pet first aid certification training
