Responsibilities
- Safely walk multiple dogs simultaneously using proper leash techniques
- Provide attentive care during walks including waste cleanup and hydration checks
- Monitor pets for behavioral changes or health concerns and report issues promptly
- Maintain detailed activity logs for each pet using our mobile app
- Transport pets to/from appointments or playdates when required
- Build rapport with clients through exceptional communication and reliability
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog handling experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 25-30 pounds comfortably
- First Aid/CPR certification for pets (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong time management and punctuality skills
- Passion for animal welfare and exceptional customer service
