Responsibilities
- Safely walk multiple dogs simultaneously in residential and park settings
- Administer medications and provide specialized care as requested by clients
- Maintain detailed daily activity logs and client communication
- Ensure pet hydration and safety during all outdoor activities
- Transport pets to veterinary appointments or grooming facilities
- Adhere strictly to client-specific care protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog walking experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable insured vehicle
- Red Cross Pet First Aid/CPR certification
- Ability to handle dogs weighing up to 80 lbs
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Background check and clean driving record required
- Knowledge of dog behavior and basic training principles
