Responsibilities
- Safely walk multiple dogs (1-4 at a time) in designated Buffalo neighborhoods
- Provide feeding, medication administration, and playtime supervision
- Maintain detailed pet care logs and client communication via app
- Adhere to strict safety protocols for all weather conditions
- Transport pets to veterinary appointments when needed
- Attend monthly training sessions on animal behavior and first aid
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and walk up to 5 miles daily
- Strong understanding of dog body language and behavior
- Excellent communication skills with pet owners
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Background check and drug screening required
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (training provided)
