Responsibilities
- Safely walk multiple dogs simultaneously using proper leash handling techniques
- Provide attentive care during walks including hydration, waste cleanup, and safety monitoring
- Administer basic care (medication, feeding) as per client instructions
- Maintain detailed activity logs and client communication via our mobile app
- Transport pets in secure, climate-controlled vehicles when required
- Attend monthly training sessions on animal behavior and safety protocols
- Uphold strict confidentiality and trust with pet owners
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional pet care experience or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Physical ability to walk dogs in various weather conditions
- Certification in Pet First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation with pet-safe vehicle setup
