Responsibilities
- Safely walk and supervise 4-6 dogs simultaneously in designated neighborhoods
- Administer medications and specialized care as required by pet owners
- Maintain detailed digital logs of pet behavior, health observations, and activities
- Transport dogs to veterinary appointments and grooming sessions using company vehicles
- Execute structured play sessions at off-leash parks and secure facilities
- Provide real-time photo and video updates to pet owners via mobile app
- Implement emergency protocols and first aid for pet-related incidents
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional dog walking or pet care experience
- Certification in Pet First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and walk 5+ miles daily in varying weather conditions
- Proficient in using pet care management software and mobile apps
- Exceptional communication skills with pet owners and team members
