Responsibilities
- Safely leash-walk dogs in Miami's neighborhoods, parks, and beaches
- Provide real-time photo/video updates to pet owners via our app
- Administer basic care (fresh water, waste cleanup, treats)
- Monitor pets' behavior and health during walks
- Maintain detailed activity logs for each client
- Adapt walking routes based on weather and pet preferences
- Build trust-based relationships with both pets and owners
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog walking/pet care experience
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Red Cross Pet First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Physical ability to handle large or energetic dogs
- Knowledge of Miami pet-friendly regulations and areas
- Background check and clean driving record required
