Responsibilities
- Safely walk multiple dogs simultaneously using proper leash techniques and control methods
- Provide personalized care including feeding, medication administration, and playtime
- Monitor pet health and behavior, reporting any concerns promptly
- Maintain detailed digital records of each pet's activities and well-being
- Administer first aid in emergencies and coordinate with veterinary services when needed
- Build strong client relationships through exceptional communication and reliability
- Adhere to all local leash laws and park regulations during outings
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog handling experience or equivalent pet care background
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Current pet first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to walk dogs of various sizes and breeds safely
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Background check and clean driving record required
