Responsibilities
- Safely walk dogs of various sizes and breeds in designated Lincoln neighborhoods
- Provide feeding, watering, and basic care during visits
- Monitor pet health and behavior, reporting concerns promptly
- Maintain detailed service logs and client communication
- Clean up after pets and maintain clean walking areas
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Build trust with clients through reliable, professional service
Qualifications
- Genuine love for dogs and proven experience handling animals
- Reliable transportation and valid Nebraska driver's license
- Flexible availability including early mornings and weekends
- Physical ability to walk dogs in various weather conditions
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Basic pet first aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Trustworthy background check clearance required
