Responsibilities
- Safely walk and supervise multiple dogs simultaneously in various weather conditions
- Provide personalized care including feeding, administering medications, and playtime
- Maintain detailed client records and timely communication about pet status
- Ensure secure handling of pets during walks and transport
- Uphold strict safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Build strong relationships with pet owners through exceptional service
- Manage scheduling and route planning efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional dog walking or pet care experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Red Cross Pet First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and walk 5+ miles daily
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
