- Safely walk dogs in designated neighborhoods and parks
- Provide feeding, hydration, and medication administration as needed
- Maintain detailed pet activity logs for owners
- Ensure pet safety through leash control and environmental awareness
- Transport pets to vet appointments or grooming sessions
- Communicate effectively with pet owners about pet behavior
- Clean and maintain equipment (leashes, water bowls, etc.)
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic pet first aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to handle dogs weighing 5-100 lbs
- Strong time management and punctuality skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
