Responsibilities
- Safely walk and supervise dogs in residential neighborhoods and designated parks
- Provide real-time photo/video updates to pet parents via our mobile app
- Administer basic care (water breaks, waste cleanup, leash handling)
- Maintain detailed daily activity logs for each dog's health and behavior
- Build trust-based relationships with pets and their owners
- Adapt walking routes to weather conditions and pet preferences
- Participate in weekend and evening shifts as needed
Qualifications
- Unwavering love for dogs and commitment to animal welfare
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Availability for weekday mornings/evenings and weekend shifts
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Physical ability to walk multiple dogs simultaneously (up to 4)
- Certification in Pet First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with leash training and basic obedience commands preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
