Responsibilities
- Safely walk multiple dogs simultaneously while maintaining control and positive reinforcement techniques
- Provide personalized care including feeding, hydration, and waste cleanup during walks
- Monitor pets' behavior and health, documenting any concerns for owner communication
- Adhere strictly to client instructions regarding routes, handling, and special requirements
- Maintain accurate scheduling and real-time GPS tracking during service hours
- Prepare detailed post-walk reports with photos and updates for pet parents
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog handling or walking experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable insured transportation
- Ability to safely manage dogs up to 80 pounds
- Current pet CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Exceptional time management and punctuality
- Strong communication skills for client interactions
- Physical stamina to work in Florida's climate conditions
