Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the end-to-end development of our proprietary AI neural networks and quantum interfaces.
- Lead a world-class team of data scientists and engineers to ensure the highest standards of code quality and system stability.
- Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 Strategic Initiative, identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into our core stack.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and security protocols.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++ for high-performance computing.
- Experience with Quantum Computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable machine learning models to production environments.
