Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Models: Design and implement scalable Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems tailored for enterprise and consumer applications.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead research initiatives in reinforcement learning, neural architecture search (NAS), and generative adversarial networks (GANs).
- Optimize Performance: Drive innovations in model inference speed and latency reduction to ensure real-time processing capabilities.
- Production Deployment: Oversee the MLOps pipeline, ensuring models are robust, secure, and continuously updated without downtime.
- Technical Vision: Translate abstract business requirements into concrete technical architectures that align with the company's 2026 roadmap.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
- Technical Stack: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and the Hugging Face ecosystem.
- Scalability: Proven track record of deploying AI models into production environments handling millions of requests per second.
- System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
