- Deliver personalized, white-glove customer service to high-net-worth clientele
- Drive sales through expert product knowledge and trend consultation

- Build and maintain client relationships for repeat business

- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment
Qualifications
- 2+ years luxury retail or high-end sales experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong product knowledge in fashion, accessories, or beauty
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory software
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
