Responsibilities
- Deliver VIP guest experiences at luxury events, galas, and corporate functions
- Manage guest registration, credentialing, and VIP concierge services
- Execute seamless event setups, including décor and tech coordination
- Handle high-value inventory and vendor liaison duties
- Maintain brand ambassador standards while interacting with high-net-worth clients
- Implement emergency protocols and ensure venue safety compliance
- Post-event reporting and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in luxury hospitality or high-end event staffing
- Valid Arizona Food Handler's Card (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Professional appearance and polished communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Expertise in crowd control and conflict de-escalation techniques
- Proficiency with event management software (Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Reliable transportation and Scottsdale area residency
- Background check and drug screening required
