Responsibilities
- Provide VIP guest services and concierge support at premium events
- Execute seamless crowd management and venue security protocols
- Coordinate VIP arrivals and maintain exclusive access control
- Deliver brand ambassador services through polished client interactions
- Manage high-value inventory and premium service stations
- Operate specialized event equipment (AV, lighting, staging)
- Maintain flawless event flow through real-time communication systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years high-end hospitality or event experience
- Professional appearance and exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Valid Indiana security guard license preferred
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent)
- Experience with VIP guest protocols and discreet service
- Physical stamina for extended standing and event setup/teardown
- Background check and drug-free certification required
