Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences at premium events
- Manage VIP guest check-ins and hospitality suites
- Execute seamless event setups and breakdowns
- Coordinate with venue staff and event managers
- Enforce safety protocols and crowd management
- Handle premium beverage service at high-end bars
- Maintain professional appearance and brand standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years of premium event or hospitality experience
- TABC certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible nights/weekends
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
- Ability to lift 30+ lbs repeatedly
