Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services and crowd management at diverse venues
- Execute event setups including decor, equipment, and signage placement
- Manage registration/check-in processes with precision and professionalism
- Enforce venue safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Collaborate with vendors and event teams for seamless operations
- Resolve guest inquiries and troubleshoot logistical challenges proactively
- Conduct post-event breakdown and venue restoration duties
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or event support experience
- Valid California driver's license with reliable transportation
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Professional appearance and polished customer service demeanor
- Basic knowledge of event safety regulations (CPR certification preferred)
