Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest registration and VIP check-in procedures
- Manage VIP hospitality suites with premium beverage service
- Coordinate event setup/breakdown with precision and efficiency
- Provide concierge-level assistance to high-profile attendees
- Maintain brand ambassador standards through polished appearance
- Handle guest inquiries with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with event managers during live production
Qualifications
- 2+ years premium event staffing experience
- Valid Colorado Food Handler's certification
- Ability to stand 8+ hours in dynamic environments
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable transportation to downtown venues
- Flexibility for evening/weekend availability
- TAMS or similar event software proficiency
