Responsibilities
- Provide safe, attentive leash walks for 3-5 dogs per group
- Administer medication and special care as requested by clients
- Maintain detailed activity logs and client communication via app
- Adapt walking routes to weather, dog energy levels, and client preferences
- Transport pets to veterinary appointments or grooming facilities
- Uphold strict safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Represent Urban Paws Elite with professionalism and enthusiasm
Qualifications
- 2+ years professional dog walking or pet care experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable insured vehicle
- Current pet first aid/CPR certification
- Proven ability to handle large or reactive dogs
- Excellent time management and punctuality
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and walk 5+ miles daily
- Must pass background check and drug screening
