- Upsell premium products through consultative selling techniques
- Operate loss prevention protocols including ID verification for restricted items

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in high-end retail or luxury service environments
- Proven expertise in handling cash transactions over $10,000 daily
- Proficiency with multiple POS systems (e.g., Shopify Plus, Oracle Retail)
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual capabilities preferred
- Ability to maintain composure during peak sales periods with complex transactions
