Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume transactions with 100% accuracy using advanced POS systems
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and upselling techniques
- Maintain pristine checkout areas while adhering to cash handling protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Collaborate with inventory teams to ensure stock accuracy
- Participate in weekly performance reviews and skill development workshops
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of cashier experience with proven cash reconciliation skills
- Expertise in high-end retail POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify POS)
- Exceptional mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong conflict resolution and communication abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Maryland state ID required
