Responsibilities
- Execute precise cash handling, credit card transactions, and returns with 100% accuracy
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and problem resolution
- Maintain organized checkout stations with efficient inventory management
- Process loyalty program enrollments and promotional activations
- Collaborate with visual merchandising teams to enhance store presentation
- Train new staff on POS systems and customer service standards
- Contribute to daily sales targets through upselling techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years high-volume cashier experience with cash handling certification
- Expertise in modern POS systems (Square, Shopify, etc.)
- Proven ability to maintain 100% transaction accuracy under pressure
- Exceptional communication skills with conflict resolution experience
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency with speed and precision
