Responsibilities
- Process high-volume cash, credit, and cryptocurrency transactions with 100% accuracy
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and upselling techniques
- Maintain precise cash drawer reconciliation and daily reporting
- Operate advanced POS systems and inventory management software
- Uphold stringent loss prevention protocols and security procedures
- Collaborate with sales associates to enhance customer journeys
- Train new team members on cashier best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in high-volume cashiering or luxury retail
- Proven ability to handle cash transactions over $10,000 daily
- Advanced proficiency in POS systems (Square, Shopify POS, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Nevada gaming license preferred
