Responsibilities
- Stock and organize merchandise in assigned areas with precision and efficiency
- Operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment safely following OSHA guidelines
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor standards
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
- Assist with receiving shipments and verifying deliveries
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math proficiency for inventory tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn through paid training
