Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare premium espresso drinks, pour-overs, and cold brew using premium single-origin beans
- Deliver personalized customer experiences with deep coffee knowledge and passion
- Maintain pristine workspace and equipment in our high-end café environment
- Train junior staff on advanced brewing techniques and customer engagement
- Collaborate with Head Roaster on seasonal menu development and tastings
- Manage inventory of premium ingredients and supplies
- Uphold exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards
- Participate in local coffee competitions and industry events
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in specialty coffee with espresso certification
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins, processing methods, and flavor profiles
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in luxury settings
- Proficiency with high-end espresso machines (e.g., La Marzocco, Synesso)
- Strong attention to detail and aesthetic presentation skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced premium environment
- Passion for continuous learning and coffee innovation
