Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care to clients during evening shifts (3 PM - 11 PM)
- Assist with daily living activities including meal preparation and mobility support
- Monitor client health status and document observations accurately
- Administer prescribed medications following protocols
- Maintain a safe, clean environment for clients
- Communicate effectively with care teams and family members
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Valid Maryland driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
