Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues via phone and email.
- Diagnose and resolve customer technical problems with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our ticketing system accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with software installations, updates, and system configurations during peak weekend hours.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineering teams when necessary.
- Maintain a professional and patient demeanor when interacting with diverse client demographics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or IT assistance.
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekend shifts.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace are required.
