Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to resort guests during peak weekend hours
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently and accurately
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas and facilities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Assist with event setup and weekend activities coordination
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening and weekend shifts (Fri-Sun, 4pm-12am)
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas driver's license a plus
