Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service at registers and self-checkout stations
- Prepare and serve premium coffee beverages and cafe items
- Stock, rotate, and maintain fresh food displays and inventory
- Ensure cleanliness of all customer areas and back-of-house spaces
- Process cash, credit, and digital payments accurately
- Collaborate with team members during peak weekend rushes
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Previous retail or food service experience preferred
- Availability to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
