Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service across weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays
- Assist with stockroom organization and inventory management
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge
- Contribute to achieving weekend sales targets through upselling
- Adhere to all health, safety, and security protocols
Qualifications
- Available to work consistently on weekends (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Reliable with excellent time management skills
